My name is Erin and I am a twenty something living in North Carolina. Since a young age, the value of a healthy lifestyle has been instilled in me through sports and nutrition! I have a passion for sustainability, wellness and amazingly delicious food. This blog is dedicated to my ridiculous addiction and my journey to a better understanding.

I hope you’ll follow along and let  me know what you think! You never know, it may turn in to a sweet addiction for you too…

Feel free to contact me at naturallyaddicted@gmail.com. I’d love to hear from you!

A little more about me…

I grew up in Charlotte, NC with two energetic brothers who loved sports. The majority of my time was spent blading in the cul-de-sac or frolicking at the neighborhood pool. When I six, I joined the neighborhood swimteam. As my mom tells it “she put me in the pool and I took off like a fish never looking back…” That was years ago, but the passion for being active still lingers. Today I prefer yoga, walking and being outdoors, but there is nothing like squeezing into those two-sizes too small swimsuits and diving into the water.

Like many others, it’s been a personal journey to find my own balance of a healthy lifestyle (this idea is always evolving). In college, I subsisted on candy and coffee. My roommates called me the Candy Queen as my sugar addiction was out of control!! Think Hansel and Gretel without the evil old witch. Luckily, the sugar addiction has since taken a back seat (with indulgences of course!) and my life is now fueled with the nutrients and fabulous food to make me feel my best!

Since college, my passion for a maintaining a balanced lifestyle has grown to epic proportion. I am always on the look for the next best thing and I can’t wait to share my findings with you!!
